All private and semi-private training sessions are personally tailored
to each clients needs, goals, and motivation established in our initial
orientation and health history evaluation. Not everyone is built and
designed the same way therefore your program is designed off
your body and your natural abilities.
All Levels of Experience can learn powerful techniques and enjoy a great workout.
Each session is an hour and a half broken into four twenty minute sections
